Three Aspen police officers had to move a baby from a mother's arms quickly she refused to turn over the kid when she was being placed under criminal arrest, according to a police affidavit.

Fain observed Prada-Castro inside her apartment since the conversation ensued, before "she quickly bolted out the front door and run away holding (the baby), " the affidavit says.
Prada-Castro consistent running and hid behind a motor vehicle, where another police officer found the woman.
Fain then convinced the woman to come back to the apartment, but she declined to turn over the baby despite the officer's demands, Fain wrote. While in the culinary use, Prada-Castro consumed five to 15 Prozac pills, Fain wrote.
"At that point, as Prada-Castro had been uncooperative, had been running away from the police obtaining a baby in her hands, together now taken an unknown amount of any controlled substance, I made the decision at forcefully place her under criminal arrest, " Fain's affidavit says.
